Reporting to the Unix Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing customer support in a varied UNIX environment. Based in North Sydney, you must have the ability to investigate and resolve incidents as they arise.
Essential skills;
Strong customer focus.
Self starter / Highly motivated.
Commercial experience in the IT support field.
Eager to learn new technologies.
1+ year commercial Unix/Linux experience. (HP-UX / Redhat Enterprise).
Excellent investigation/resolution exposure.
Experience documenting resolved incidents.
