Your responsibilities as a Systems Support Analyst will include:
Supporting all Microsoft Operations Systems and Applications.
Supporting the Citrix network
Ensure virus definitions and patches are up to date on all systems.
Hardware⁄Software Installation - End User Support.
To be considered for this position you MUST have the following:
MINIMUM 1 year level 2 support experience
Be an expert with Microsoft Applications
Citrix Management Knowledge
In depth knowledge and proved experience in all aspects of networking.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be a team player, who likes to take ownership and be rewarded.
