The role: Taking the role of Head of the Art's department, your position will ooze both creativity and leadership - working closely with the junior motion graphic artists but also liaising with the head's of creative. Adding wealth to current and future projects is your focus.
Responsibilities: Attending meetings with your team members and creative directors. Collaborating with clients to conceptualise objectives and implement concepts through design of the highest quality. Present initial art concepts to management, acting as direct contact person to address the issues raised within these meetings. Oversee the internal/external design staff, directing both design and production of each product. Keeping up to date with the 3D, Motion & Design industry
Skills: After Effects (Nice to haves include: Combustion, Maya/Cinema4D, 3DSMax and/or other 3D Suites) Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Excellent understanding of user experience issues related to Motion Graphics
